The Department of Mathematics and Data Science together with the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) released one student from the Department of Mathematics and Data Science to carry out the Credit Earning program at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) for one semester. Salsabila Aurellia is a 2019 student from the Mathematics and Data Science Department who participated in the 2022 Credit Earning program held by Andalas University, where this program is one of the MBKM programs of the Ministry of Education and Culture. Credit Earning is a program to support certain courses in a structured manner at the intended Higher Education (PT), where the number of credits means the courses obtained can later be recognized and equalized in certain courses at the PT.
The release of Salsabila Aurellia to Universiti Teknologi Malaysia was held at the Dean of FMIPA, which was attended by the Dean of FMIPA, Prof. Dr. Syukri Arief, M.Eng, Deputy Dean 1 FMIPA, Dr. Mahdhivan Syafwan, Head of the Department of Mathematics and Data Science, Dr. Yanita, and the Head of the Mathematics S1 Study Program, Dr. Princess Rince Arrival. The Head of the Department of Mathematics and Data Science advised Salsabila Aurellia “Diligently in learning at UTM, both in class and out of class.” The entire Academic Community would like to say “Congratulations and good luck to Salsabila Aurellia. Hopefully Salsabila can gain all the best experiences and knowledge in one semester taken at UTM.”
